If you order cigarette filters from outside the U.S. or Canada, please use the BLUE order button on the order pages! U.S., Canada and APO Shipping fees for Wholesale purchases are listed on the Wholesale Order Page and apply to domestic purchases only. Please request a shipping quote for wholesale shipments outside the U.S. Foreign customers assume any and all import/export, taxes, fees and/or other charges required by U.S. law and the laws of the country they order from.
S&H fees listed on this web site apply to addresses in the Continental United States and Canada only. Shipments to outside the Continental United States of America, Canada and APO have their shipping and handling charges clearly stated on the PayPal and 2CheckOut order form.
BlockTar.com Cigarette Filters are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Unless specifically requested and paid for by customer, shipments are not covered by any insurance. Title and risk of loss and/or damage in transit pass to purchase upon shipment. For your protection and convenience, every domestic order is tracked with a USPS Delivery Confirmation. International shipments are tracked at the point of shipment via United States Customs Declaration Form Number. You agree to accept the USPS Delivery Confirmation or United States Customs Declaration Form Number number as proof of shipment and/or delivery of your order, holding BlockTar.com harmless from any chargebacks due to loss of shipment. After your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your US tracking code and an 800 number you can call to track your package. International orders are emailed their US Customs Declaration Form number.
For S&H fees for shipments to outside of the United States, Canada and APO, make sure to provide us with your full mailing address including your Zip / Postal Code and Country to help us calculate proper shipping and handling charges. We make international shipments to selected countries only. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Loss of Shipment, Stolen, or Damaged Shipment
Reporting Damage
Once an order has left our facility, responsibility of shipments is assumed by the freight carrier (USPS/UPS/etc.). Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser upon shipment. If you notice any apparent damage when you receive an order, you must note this with the freight carrier at time of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit to it's delivery destination.
In case of damage to the shipment you must contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly. However, if you have purchased USPS or UPS Insurance (if available), submit a support ticket. We will then file all insurance forms for you and either return any monies awarded by the insurance (up to the purchase price, minus S&H fees) for your claim or replace your shipment free of charge once the money has been reimbursed to us. You must state your choice when filing your claim with BlockTar.com. If you do not state your choice at that time we replace your shipment once the monies have been reimbursed to us by the insurance.
BlockTar.com is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected shipments. Domestic packages are not considered lost until after 30 days. International shipments are not considered lost until after 45 days. All domestic retail and wholesale shipments leave our facility with Tracking/Delivery Confirmation.
Shipment Lost or Stolen
Should your shipment be lost or stolen, you must process a claim with the USPS or UPS carrier for mail fraud. Since theft of shipments is a federal offense, you may be asked to make a statement under oath about your loss. You may pursue all legal avenues to recover your loss with the carrier.
Return Policy
Should TarX cigarette filters product have a proven manufacturer's defect, we will be happy to replace the defective product. Exchange is made for any unopened and undamaged packs of TarX Cigarette Filters, provided they are received by us within 10 days of the date of purchase and you have obtained a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Requests for RMA's must be made within 3 days of product receipt. Date and time of product receipt is determined by tracking information provided by the carrier. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges for product returns.
How to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Returns without an authorized RMA will not be accepted!
If you need to return an order to us because the product has a proven manufacturer's defect, you will need to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via our helpdesk. To obtain your RMA, report any defective product to BlockTar.com within 3 days of receipt of your shipment using our helpdesk. Freight carrier tracking information will be used to determine date of receipt. After we determine there is indeed a defect to the product your RMA will be emailed to you.
Once your shipment is authorized for return to our facility, returned shipments must include your original invoice and a copy of the email containing your RMA code to get appropriate credit. No Invoice - No RMA email = No Replacement! Any Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
Any orders returned to us as refused and/or undeliverable are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. In the event a re-stocking fee can not be applied you agree to be liable for shipping & handling charges as listed below. Upon request, we will make one re-delivery attempt pending your pre-payment for domestic S&H charges as follows: Trial Pack, shipped First Class: $3.95 domestic, 6 Pack, shipped First Class: $5.95 domestic, $8.95 international; 12 Pack, shipped Priority Mail $8.95 domestic, Parcel Post $15.75 international; 1 Case, shipped Parcel Post: $12.95, $19.95 international. For your and our protection, re-delivery requests must be made using our helpdesk including your correct shipping address. Absolutely no re-delivery attempts will me made without prior payment of appropriate shipping and handling charges. Any product returned to us without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is subject to an 80% refund policy.
