If you order cigarette filters from outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us for shipping charges before you order!! Shipping fees for Wholesale purchases are listed on the Wholesale Order Page and  apply to domestic purchases only. Foreign customers assume any and all import/export, taxes, fees and/or other charges required by U.S. law and the laws of the country they order from.

S&H fees listed on this web site apply to addresses in the Continental United States and Canada only. BlockTar.com does not offer free shipping and handling outside the Continental United States of America and Canada.

BlockTar.com Cigarette Filters are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. For protection and convenience, every domestic order tracked. After your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your tracking code and an 800 number you can call to track your package.  

For S&H fees for shipments to Western Europe, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand make sure to provide us with your full mailing address including your  Zip / Postal Code and Country to help us calculate proper shipping and handling charges. We make international shipments to selected countries only. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Important: Loss of Shipment, Stolen, or Damaged Shipment

Reporting Damage

Once an order has left our facility, responsibility of shipments is assumed by the freight carrier (USPS/UPS/etc.). Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser upon shipment. If you notice any apparent damage when you receive an order, you must note this with the freight carrier at time of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit to it's delivery destination.

In case of damage to the shipment you must contact USPS or UPS directly. However, if you have purchased USPS or UPS/ Insurance (if available), contact us. We will then file all insurance forms for you and either return any monies awarded by the insurance for your claim or replace your shipment free of charge once the money has been reimbursed to us. You must state your choice when filing your claim with BlockTar.com. If you do not state your choice at that time we replace your shipment, free of charge, once the money has been reimbursed to us by the insurance.

BlockTar.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. Domestic packages are not considered lost until after 30 days. International shipments are not considered lost until after 45 days. All domestic retail and wholesale shipments leave our facility with Tracking/Delivery Confirmation.

Shipment Lost or Stolen

Should your shipment be lost or stolen, you must process a claim with the USPS or UPS carrier for mail fraud. Since theft of shipments is a federal offense, you will be asked to make a statement under oath about your loss. You may pursue all legal avenues to recover your loss with the carrier.

Return Policy:

Should Tarblock cigarette filters not perform the way it is stated in our lab report or if the product has a proven manufacturer's defect, we will be happy to replace the defective product. Exchange is made for any unopened and undamaged packs of Tarblock™ Cigarette Filters, provided they are returned and received by us within 15 days of the date of purchase and you have obtained a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Requests for RMA's must be made within 3 days of product receipt. Date and time of receipt of product is determined by tracking information provided by the carrier. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges for product returns.

How to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

If you need to return an order to us because the product has a manufaturer's defect, you will need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email. To obtain your RMA, report any defective product to BlockTar.com within 3 days of receipt of your shipment via email to . Freight carrier tracking information will be used to determine date of receipt. After we determine there is indeed a defect to the product your RMA will be emailed to you.

Once your shipment is authorized for return to our facility, returned shipments must include your original invoice and a copy of the email containing your RMA code to get appropriate credit. No Invoice - No RMA email - No Replacement! Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

Please Note:
Any orders returned to us as refused and/or undeliverable are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This 20% re-stocking fee applies to any and all charge backs. Upon request, we will make one re-delivery attempt. For your and our protection, re-delivery requests must be made via email to , including your correct shipping address. Any product returned to us without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is subject to a 50% refund policy.

Unless the product has a manufaturer's defect, all purchases are final.
